Nouvelle Vague is a funky, conceptual hand built bar. It was founded in 2012 by two brothers, Sofokli and Evis Cali. Since then it has developed in the major actor within the Albanian Hospitality Industry by pioneering repeatedly during its existence and by leading the local cocktail scene. Nouvelle’s latest menu is ORIGIN’AL which stands for original drinks and origin Albania, it aims to highlight Albanian culinary traditions and habits by serving them through a fine drinking approach. The dedication and commitment of the team, after 10 years of operating, has led Nouvelle Vague to being internationally recognized as one of the best bars in the world by being ranked 86th in the Worlds 50 Best Bars extended list for 2023.
